4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

For security reasons, we may require signature confirmation for high-value orders.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@serenityloungerstore.com. We’ll assist in filing a claim or issuing a replacement if eligible.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. Serenity Lounger is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
